Unsigned bands can be music to shoppers' ears
A furniture shop in Croydon is giving unsigned musicians the chance to have their music played to customers.
Furniture Village in Fiveways Retail Park, Purley Way hopes to find the next big stars by invited under-the-radar acts to have their music aired instore.
Performers can apply to take part on the retailer's website, which will also profile each chosen act.
The selected bands will be played in the chain's stores across the country, but winners will be played most in their hometown stores.
