Creating a stir
The Wooden Spoon creates the most marvellous condiments and preserves from its converted oasthouse at Wye. It was hard to choose our favourite, but we have opted for Peach, Apricot and Apple Chutney.
The secret is in the balance of flavours, which gives this chutney a full and fruity taste without it being too sweet. The inclusion of Whitstable Bay Ale adds even further to its local credentials.
