Police have said they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing 8-year-old girl from Streatham.

Katrina Carvajal-Zurita was last seen at 6pm yesterday (Tuesday, July 15) in Greyhound Lane.

She is described as being of Spanish heritage, slim build with long brown hair.

At the time of her disappearance she was wearing white shorts, white trainers, a black t-shirt and a scarf with black and white dots.

Streatham Guardian:

Katrina is understood to have been taken by her father Robert Carvajal, 31, without Katrina's mothers' consent.

It is believed that Mr Carvajal intends to take Katrina back to Bolivia with him, police said.

Officers are increasingly concerned for her wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on her whereabouts or sightings of Carvajal to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000 quoting reference 14MIS024929.
