Waterloo’s world famous BFI IMAX cinema, the art deco Brockwell Lido and the South London Theatre are just some of the Lambeth buildings throwing their doors open to the public on September 19 and 20.
The public can visit the venues for free as part of London Open House weekend, celebrating the capital’s architectural design excellence.
Councillor Rachel Heywood, cabinet member for culture and communities on Lambeth Council, said: “I'd thoroughly recommend London Open House - it's provides a chance to see close up many of London's most important and fascinating buildings, some of which are not accessible at other times of the year.”
