Consultation on Lambeth housing cuts and redundancies to take place in September

Consultation on changes to the company managing Lambeth housing expected to include cuts to services, and redundancies, will now take place from September.

A string of meetings on the restructuring of Lambeth Living were due to take place with tenant forums and staff in the past two weeks, but were cancelled.

Lambeth Living has said it has held detailed discussions with Lambeth Council about its plans, but will now hold the meetings in September 2010 so "key people will be available to support the process".
