Scarecrows come to Streatham & Clapham High Junior School
A Michael Jackson stuffed with straw was among about a hundred scarecrows brought into a school on Monday.
Pupils, at Streatham & Clapham High Junior School, rose to the challenge of designing and making scarecrows over the weekend.
The task was set to celebrate the school’s Harvest Festival this Friday.
Junior School Head, Liz Astley, said: "We have had such an exciting morning meeting and greeting our visitors who will be staying for the next couple of weeks.
"We are accustomed to our girls producing lively and creative artwork, but this weekend they have exceeded expectations."
