Worcester Park's Howard Fuller gets another Touring Car outing at Silvertone
2:45pm Tuesday 2nd October 2012 in Sport By Stuart Amos
On the charge: Howard Fuller finished ahead of seasoned Touring Car campaigner Tom Onslow-Cole at Rockingham last month
Worcester Park racer Howard Fuller's impressive British Touring Car Championship debut at Rockingham last month has earned him a repeat appearance at Silverstone this weekend.
The 20-year-old collected six championship points with 12th and 14th place finishes in the opening two races of his debut outing in Team HARD’s Honda Civic.
And Fuller is after much better this time out as he seeks a race seat for next term.
He said: “The results have filled me with confidence – I jumped at the opportunity when the team offered me a second go.
"Silverstone should be better suited to the S2000-spec cars like the Team HARD Civic and I’ll be pushing for a top-ten result.”
